Well folks, here it is. The ultimate garbage can! Actually, this is a pretty nice piece of furniture. Tired if having that plastic can sitting in the middle of your beautiful oak wood kitchen floor? The answer may be my Oak Wood Kitchen Trash Can. If you have too much stuff under the kitchen sink to hide your trash can, this is designed to help. It's a complete system. This beautiful piece of furniture is constructed utilizing a high grade of 1/4 oak plywood for the front and side panels. The solid oak lid is held in place with not a just a couple of cheap door hinges, but a 12 inch continuous length of 3/4 inch piano hinging. This hamper arrives partially assembled. All you will need is a screwdriver to finish the job. It’s quite easy to put together, and best of all, there’s no glue involved. To complete the hamper, it even comes with the plastic can liner! I built this to hold a very common 32 quart size made by Rubbermaid. This way, if it ever cracks, or gets lost, it's easily replaceable. Your local Walmart or other major department store will carry it. There's even more! So that you can start using this bin right away, I supply a starter box of plastic bags. The back and the bottom are constructed of vented panels to help prevent moisture buildup.
